{"title":"Boyer de Bar","description":"\u003cp\u003eA few years ago, just as Meursault and much of Burgundy was beginning a string of very tough and generally low yielding vintages, Vincent Boyer began a partnership with his long time friend Emmanuel Lucas De Bar. The 2 met in winemaking school 25 years ago and immediately hit it off. Emmanuel works and harvests his family vineyards in the Languedoc and generally sells off most of the fruit to negociants. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eBut Vincent knew these vineyards had greater potential. They were cooler, north facing plots and had been farmed organically for some years. So he decided he could make the wine from the vineyard and the two of them could bottle the wines together under the label Boyer - De Bar.
