His approach could be described as very old-school, except that there's barely any use of oak. The wines might see a few months in old barrique, but they spend years in cement cuve, then more years in bottle before release. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAnother idiosyncrasy: these wines are very lightly colored, and not so tannic.
