Jacques Carillon brings precision and heritage to Chassagne-Montrachet, farming a 0.27 ha plot in Voillenot-Dessous planted in 2013. The domaine, rooted in Puligny for generations, emphasizes clarity and terroir expression even from young vines.

The 2023 was fermented in barrel (15% new oak) for 12 months, then rested six more in stainless steel before bottling. This careful élevage preserves freshness and mineral structure while layering subtle depth.

The name of Carillon is now synonymous with the best of Puligny-Montrachet. Louis Carillon continued his family’s centuries long tradition of producing excellent wines that focus on the taut minerality of Chardonnay from this famous village. In 2010 the estate was split between the brothers Jacque and François.
