But Domaine des Entrefaux is in a unique sub-zone called \"Les Chassis\", a high-elevation terrace of pure limestone that infuses their wines with unmistakable freshness, detail, and mineral lift.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFrançois' careful approach to farming is one of the secrets to his success. He is firmly dedicated to the health and vitality of his soils.
