Like Mourvèdre, the grape of Provence and the backbone of Gros'Norés red and rosé cuvées, there's more than meets the eye; the man and the grape are both capable of great finesse and elegance as well as brooding intensity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFor decades, the Pascal family sold their fruit off to neighbors, like Domaine Ott and Château de Pibarnon, keeping just enough behind to produce wine for personal consumption.
