Domaine Eleni et Edouard Vocoret

In just over a decade, Eleni & Edouard Vocoret have built a reputation on wines of intensity, precision and purity through meticulous organic farming, natural fermentations and long lees aging in neutral wood. Their wines recall the spirit of new-wave Chablis pioneers like Alice & Olivier de Moor and Thomas Pico at Pattes Loup, but with a unique and unmistakable tension-filled energy. Theirs are stunningly delicious wines of texture, nuance and vivid freshness, truly not to be missed.

Edouard is a seventh-generation vigneron from the family behind the celebrated estate Vocoret & Fils. Greece-born Eleni took a formative post as assistant winemaker to none other than the iconic Vincent Dauvissat. The couple met during the 2010 harvest in New Zealand and returned to Chablis soon after.

By 2012 they had set up their own tiny cellar in the village, just a minute down the road from Raveneau, to work the way they wanted without the pressures of a large family domaine. Drawing on Edouard’s deep roots at Vocoret & Fils and Eleni’s formative experience at Dauvissat, they have taken the best of both worlds to carve out their own distinctive style: ripe, effusive fruit, open-knit mineral texture and pure, classic Chablisien precision and transparency.
