The Rosé 2021 is a beautiful pink sparkler, also made almost entirely from Xinomavro. Here, there is a tiny splash of Limniona, and a tiny dosage. The fruits here are decidedly in a red direction, with freshly picked wild strawberries, and the mineral backbone is chalkier.
