She does the vine-growing, the winemaking, sales and export and also finds time for a consulting job in Oregon at Phelps Creek Winery. The hectares are all in village plots, but very well situated and with incredibly old vines. Her wines drink like premier crus. She is a great grape grower and very skilled winemaker. Her wines are transparent, pure, elegant and refined–wines of great precision.
