The Mâcon may still be nowhere near as famous as the legendary terroirs of the Côte de Beaune, yet Frantz and Caroline treat their vineyards with with the love and dedication typically reserved for the most hallowed of Grand Crus. Fruit is hand-harvested, fermented naturally, and aged on the full lees in older Burgundy barrels of various sizes.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003eThe wines are all about precision, with an elegant kiss of reduction, crunchy white fruit, and pure mineral focus. They’re vibrant, energetic and absolutely delicious.
