"Here too the quinine character is prominent on the layered nose of zest, brioche, spice and discreet apple nuances. There is both good volume and concentration to the delicious medium-bodied flavors that are supported by a medium firm effervescence before concluding in a clean and dry finale. Despite the 36 months of aging, this could use more depth and as such, I would be inclined to allow it to slumber for 2 to 4 years first." -Allen Meadows
