100% Syrah from a high-altitude vineyard in the wilds of the Northern Rhone. Fermented and aged in tank only for a fresh, energetic style. Wild yeasts, very low sulphur additions and bottled without fining or filtration.

Left Rhone

This small estate began as micro-negociant in 2007 when Sylvain Gauthier began purchasing a few parcels while working for Chapoutier after graduating from oenology university in Beaune. Today Sylvain has 13.5 hectares of vines, all of which he farms organically.
