They married, joining their parcels from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, Cramant, Chouilly and Oger.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIn 2001 they decided to start production on their own wines. Today, they create delicate, expressive, and yes, delicious Champagne. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIn the old days, it may have been blended with fruit from any number of other regions (and probably vintages, too), to give a large cuvée an extra dimension, some lift and backbone.
