In the cellar, the wine is macerated in stainless steel and then goes through malolactic fermentation in concrete for about six months, so nothing gets in the way of the fresh fruit. The winery has been in the same family for six generations, and the previous generation converted all the family vineyards to biodynamics in the 1990s. The 2024 is labelled organic.
