Les Cornambeaux comes from a tiny parcel of Chardonnay planted in 1961, fermented and aged in 205-liter Champagne barrels and dosed Extra Brut at just 1 g\/L. The result is chalky, taut, deeply savory Champagne with the texture of a serious white Burgundy and the cut of a wine that has nothing to hide.
