Au Leurey sits directly across from the Clos de l'Arlot. It faces north and west, which is unusual here, and the domaine replanted it in 2006 with carefully chosen grafted Chardonnay on silty soils over limestone scree. The 2024 got a light touch. Whole bunches went straight to the press, fermented on native yeasts in stainless steel and then spent nine months in once-used barrels with no lees stirring, so the oak frames the fruit without taking over. A cool, damp flowering cost the vines some clusters that year, and yields came in at just 22.5 hectolitres per hectare. The domaine has farmed biodynamically since 2003.
