It is raised exactly like the rest of the range: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrel, a year on the fine lees with 20% new oak, six months in stainless steel, bottled at eighteen months. 2024 was one of the hardest growing seasons in recent Burgundian memory - a wet spring, relentless downy mildew and a very small crop - but the whites that came through show the tension and classic proportion the warm years lack.
