The Evenstad Reserve sits at the top of their Chardonnay range. It's a blend of select barrels from their Dundee Hills sites, and it relies on a mix of clones and sites so it stays consistent from year to year. The house credits Dijon clones, Jory soil and the height of its hillside estates for the quality of the fruit.
