Cyril Testut took over the family's thirteen hectares in 1998, at first selling most of the fruit, and now bottles everything himself from vines that average over fifty years across the estate and older still in the crus, most of them massale selection. Everything is hand-harvested and vinified, aged, and bottled at the domaine, with the emphasis on balancing ripeness against Chablis minerality rather than chasing either one. The warm 2023 season gave a generous, open version of the site with the structure to hold.
