Cousins Jean-Laurent and Jean-Dominique Vacheron farm the entire estate biodynamically, ferment on indigenous yeasts in a mix of stainless steel, cement and wood, raise the wine in large wood, and bottle it unfiltered. 2025 was an early year in the Centre-Loire: budbreak in the first week of April, the driest May and June in over fifteen years, then August heat that gave small, thick-skinned berries before Sauvignon picking began on the 28th, with acidity holding firm.
