Bedrock Wines was founded in 2007 with a clear mission: to preserve and restore the historical vineyards of California. These vineyards were planted by California’s viticultural pioneers in the 19th and 20th centuries with a diverse range of grape varieties within a diverse range of terroirs. For almost two decades, Bedrock has crafted beautiful wines with minimal intervention to let these 100+ year old vines speak for themselves.

Under the Wire was created by Bedrock’s partners to create California sparkling wines inspired by the grower champagne movement. These sparkling wines are unique and terroir-driven, focusing on individual vineyards in an individual year. We cannot stress enough how inspired we are by these wines.

This evening’s presentation will include a tasting through a diverse range of wines from Bedrock and Under the Wire alongside a presentation about rehabilitating and working with historical vineyards. 

This is a ticketed event with a limited number of seats available. Tickets are $65, which includes the guided tasting and presentation, as well as a $15 store credit issued with your purchase
