Where his Vitovska is all crushed stone and mint, the Malvasia is the aromatic one — raised about a year in old barrels, then bottled unfiltered, so the perfume arrives with real texture underneath it. It tastes like a wine from a place that is half mountain and half sea, which is precisely what the Carso is.
