Jgia and Buera are genuinely obscure indigenous varieties, and Lapati — Vincent Jullien and Guillaume Gouerou, who met at an artists' residency in Georgia and stayed to make wine in Sagarejo — put them into the Kidev Erti line, the house pét-nats. 'Kidev erti' means 'one more' in Georgian, and the wine is made the old-fashioned bubble way: bottled while still fermenting so it carries its own carbonation, unfiltered, undisgorged, nothing added. It's light at 11% alcohol, essentially dry with a hint of residual sugar, and just 1,000 bottles exist.
