Burgundy's other white grape has been rescued from decades of neglect, and it suits the house approach here: organic farming, indigenous-yeast fermentation, and whites given a longer, unhurried élevage than the reds with very little new oak in sight. 2024 was a small and hard-won Burgundy vintage that rewarded growers who sorted ruthlessly; the wines that came through are taut and high-toned, which is exactly what you want from Aligoté.
