Their signature is deliberately lighter-handed: organic fruit, 100% destemmed, indigenous yeasts in concrete and stainless steel, then around 18 months in Burgundian barrels with minimal new oak, prioritizing finesse over extraction. At the Bourgogne level that translates into a wine you can open tonight rather than file away. 2024 was a tiny, difficult harvest across Burgundy, and its successes are fresh and red-fruited rather than dense.
