{"product_id":"louis-jadot-chapelle-chambertin-2007","title":"Louis Jadot Chapelle-Chambertin 2007","description":"Jadot calls Chapelle-Chambertin one of the collectable gems of its Grand Cru range, and the reason is in the vines: the house's parcel, about an acre right next to Chambertin-Clos de Bèze, holds the oldest Pinot Noir vines in the entire Jadot portfolio. Those vines matter well beyond this bottle. Jadot takes cuttings from them to propagate new vines, so this one acre works as the house's Pinot Noir nursery. The site faces east, over a subsoil of red clay and small stones that warms up early in the season. Jadot credits the old vines with the wine's complexity and concentration, keeps production small and expects it to age for decades. This 2007 has now spent nearly two decades in bottle, so it's a chance to see what a small-production Grand Cru does with time. As with any older Burgundy, condition will vary from bottle to bottle.","brand":"Private [PRI]","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":44125570301987,"sku":"SF-A-HDH1026-110226-38-2","price":199.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0044\/1208\/0163\/files\/Bottle-of-Louis-Jadot-Chapelle-Chambertin-2007-Red-Wine-Flatiron-SF.jpg?v=1793746332","url":"https:\/\/sf.flatiron-wines.com\/products\/louis-jadot-chapelle-chambertin-2007","provider":"Flatiron SF","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
