Chinga Quedito Jabalí is produced by Bezaleel Arellanes an 11th generation Mezcalero. We're very lucky to have him in our team, since it's extremely rare to find a 11th generation Mezcalero. He produces his mezcals in his palenque located in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, MX.
Jabali Agave plant takes 16 to 18 years to mature
The Jabalí agaves takes an incredible 16 to 18 years to mature and start harvesting it. Jabalí is a very difficult agaves and not many mezcaleros know or have the knowledge to make it. Since the fermentation process can get difficult.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every bottle we sell.

  • We may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, accept returns of unopened spirits within 30 days of purchase if they were properly stored by the purchaser, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Under no circumstances do we accept returns of opened spirits.
