Thibault Morey starts the fermentation in tank before moving it to 228- and 350-litre Allier oak barrels, about a third new, for twelve months, and bottles it unfiltered. 2024 handed the Cote de Beaune a wet, mildew-plagued season that a sunny August and a dry September turned into a classical vintage of moderate alcohol and citrus drive, and at village level that freshness is all upside.
