{"product_id":"pahlmeyer-red-wine-1993","title":"Pahlmeyer Red Wine 1993","description":"This is the first Pahlmeyer Proprietary Red that was Helen Turley's from start to finish, from the grapes through to the final blend. That makes it the moment one of California's most talked-about winemakers put her full stamp on the wine (earlier vintages came from a different hand; Randy Dunn is the winemaker on the 1990). You can see her thinking in the cellar choices: whole-cluster extended maceration, 22 months in French oak, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. The blend is 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc and a percent each of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec, drawn from seven vineyards including Napanook, York Creek and Caldwell. It was released in September 1996, so this is a properly mature bottle now past thirty, and a rare chance to taste the first Pahlmeyer that was wholly Turley's. Because it was never filtered, stand it upright for a day and decant it gently off any sediment.","brand":"Private [PRI]","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":44125569712163,"sku":"SF-A-HDH1026-110226-35-8","price":159.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0044\/1208\/0163\/files\/Bottle-of-Pahlmeyer-Red-Wine-1993-Red-Wine-Flatiron-SF.jpg?v=1793746329","url":"https:\/\/sf.flatiron-wines.com\/products\/pahlmeyer-red-wine-1993","provider":"Flatiron SF","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
