The domaine itself is in Fleys, a village surrounded by vines four kilometres from the town of Chablis. Paul Nicolle created the estate, and his grandson Charly brought it back to life decades later. Charly now runs it with Lucie Thieblemont. The house style is to age the wines on their lees in stainless steel, which keeps them fresh and lively while adding richness in the middle of the palate. Old vines, classic limestone and no makeup.
