Khatia and Gocha Darguashvili founded Anapea Village in Kvareli in 2013 and farm 23 hectares organically and biodynamically, on alluvial soils over sandstone at 300 meters in the Caucasus foothills. There is no fining, no filtering and almost no added sulfur.
