Benoit and Thibaut Dauny are the thirteenth generation, working just under 17 hectares out of Crezancy-en-Sancerre. Les Caillottes is named for its soil: the shallow, pebbly limestone that gives Sancerre its most direct and mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc.
