"The young red 2023 Ca'n Verdura Negre has an attractive nose of ripe berries, aromatic herbs and flowers. It was produced with a blend of 52% Mantonegro, 24% Merlot, 19% Syrah, 4% Callet and 1% Monastrell vinified by plot and matured in stainless steel (60%) and used 500-liter barrels (40%) for six months. It has a medium-bodied and approachable palate. It has 14% alcohol and a pH of 3.61, with fine tannins and a dry finish. 32,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2024." -Luis Gutiรฉrrez
