Founded in 1946, Ficklin Vineyards specializes in Portuguese varietals grown in California’s Central Valley. The 1983 Vintage Port Special Bottling No. 6 was produced from hand-harvested Touriga, Tinta Cão, and other classic grapes, foot-trodden and aged in seasoned oak for depth and integration.

This limited bottling reflects Ficklin’s dedication to traditional Port methods adapted to California terroir. Long aging potential and concentrated fruit mark it as a standout from the estate’s mature years.
