Minière F&R, a grower-producer in Hermonville, crafts Symbiose 2013 from estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on sandy-limestone soils in the Massif de Saint-Thierry. Fermented in oak and aged on lees for extended time, it is finished with a low extra brut dosage to emphasize precision and depth.

This vintage Champagne balances richness and minerality, showing the elegance of long lees aging. Ideal with shellfish, poultry, or refined appetizers.
