Atlante’s 2019 Listán Negro comes from ungrafted vines over 150 years old in Tenerife’s Valle de La Orotava, grown on volcanic soils at 400 meters. Vines are trained in the traditional cordón trenzado style.

Fermented with native yeasts in open cement tanks, partially whole-cluster, and aged 12 months in used French oak. A savory, spiced red with bright fruit, volcanic minerality, and lifted tension.
