"The latest rendition of Cazals' NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Carte Or was disgorged in June 2019 with eight grams per liter dosage, and it's showing well, offering up aromas of ripe citrus, toasted brioche, white flowers and honeycomb. Medium to full-bodied, it's fleshy, lively and energetic, with good depth at the core, a fine mousse and a nicely defined finish."
