"The 2023 Antídoto is made with fruit from old vines in Soria, Ribera del Duero. Grapes are selected by vine age and fermented in steel with a small amount of residual sugar (1020 density), then the wine was aged in a mix of new and used 600-liter French oak barrels. Aromas of black cherry, plum and a soft floral note emerge over gentle oak. The palate is polished, with fine-grained tannins and juicy flow.
