The Dunites were a collective of free-thinking artists, poets, nudists and philosophers who settled in the beach dunes of San Luis Obispo county in the 1930s. Today's featured winery took their name from this counter culture, and the inspiration is telling: this is a California Grenache that's everything new and fresh about modern Central Coast interpretations of this variety.
