Etienne Sauzet, best known for benchmark Puligny-Montrachet, produces this Aligoté from high-altitude parcels in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. The fruit is farmed sustainably and vinified with the same precision as their top whites.

The 2022 is fermented and aged in sandstone vats for clarity and texture. Crisp, mineral, and structured—an elevated take on Aligoté from a Puligny master.

Emilie and Benoit Riffault are the 4th generation of proprietors at this storied estate. Emilie's parents converted the entire estate to biodynamic farming. She and Benoit continue the practice of aging their wines on the fine lees for 10-12 months.
