Familia Torres created Secret del Priorat as a tribute to the region’s slate soils and rugged hillside vineyards. The 2021 is a blend of Garnacha, Cariñena, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot from multiple villages like Porrera and Poboleda. Vineyards are farmed organically, with meticulous parcel selection.
Each component is vinified separately and aged 12 months in used French oak. The wine balances ripe dark fruit and spice with fine tannins and a subtle mineral lift. A polished, medium-bodied Priorat that emphasizes finesse over weight.
