La Petite Empreinte’s “Tapis Rouge” 2023 is a whole-cluster Pinot Noir from a 1978 vineyard in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, rooted in limestone soils. Farmed organically, the grapes are fermented with native yeast and macerated 10–22 days, then aged in old oak with no added sulfur.

The wine is light-bodied, taut, and expressive, showing red cherry, cocoa, orange peel, and spice. A pure, energetic Pinot Noir from the northern edge of Burgundy.
