Jean-Paul Dubost’s 2020 Brouilly “Pierreux” comes from old vines rooted in granite soils at the foot of Mont Brouilly. Made with whole-cluster, semi-carbonic fermentation and native yeasts, it’s aged in concrete and steel with minimal sulfur.
This is a structured, mineral-driven Beaujolais with lifted red fruit and spice. It reflects Dubost’s low-intervention style and the stony precision of the Pierreux terroir.
