This is a Sahti-style Farmhouse Ale. Raw, rye heavy farmhouse with several additions of evergreen needles, bark, and branches along with juniper berries from Oaktown Spice. Kveik, a microbe traditionally used in Finland, was added last. Look for balmy notes of pine and bright funk.
