Benoît Ente, renowned for precision Chardonnay in Puligny-Montrachet, crafts Bourgogne Blanc Golden Jubilee from parcels on clay-limestone soils near the village. The 2021 vintage was hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in French oak, mostly used, to balance texture and freshness.
