The estate farms sustainably, hand-harvesting Fiano grapes grown on mineral-rich volcanic soils. Fermentation is with native yeasts in stainless steel, preserving freshness and varietal purity.

This wine offers bright citrus, pear, and floral aromas, with vibrant acidity and a mineral-driven finish. It’s an elegant, focused expression of Campania’s unique terroir and Fiano’s character.
