La Cadène is the top cuvée from Domaine Chaume-Arnaud, a biodynamic estate in Vinsobres, northern Rhône. It’s a field blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre from old vines grown on limestone-clay slopes at altitude.

Fermented with native yeasts and aged in concrete, this wine balances structure with lift. 2015 was a warm vintage, yielding depth and intensity without sacrificing freshness.
