La Guita Amontillado NV from Sanlúcar de Barrameda is a traditional Sherry made using the solera system with Palomino grapes. It begins as a fino aged under flor yeast before being exposed to controlled oxidative aging, resulting in a richer, nutty style. Bottled at 17% ABV in 500ml format, this Amontillado offers aromas of toasted almonds, dried fruit, and light spice.

The palate is balanced with notes of hazelnut, caramel, and a saline minerality, finishing dry and lingering. It’s a classic, versatile Amontillado perfect for sipping or pairing with nuts, cheeses, and cured meats.
