Palomo is a fourth-generation mezcalero family based in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Their Espadín is made traditionally: pit-roasted, tahona-crushed, open-air fermented, and double-distilled.

Bottled joven and at higher proof, it balances bright agave character with gentle smoke. A clean, expressive mezcal built for both cocktails and sipping.
