Pierre Ménard, a small grower in Anjou, Loire Valley, crafts Laïka from old-vine Sauvignon Blanc planted in schist soils. The 2022 vintage was hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in neutral barrels, yielding a textured yet precise expression far from the typical varietal style.
