What is this wine?
Domaine Buisson-Charles, a rising star in Meursault, is known for crafting precise, terroir-driven Chardonnays that balance richness with mineral finesse. Goutte d’Or (“drop of gold”) is one of Meursault’s most historic premiers crus, with rocky limestone-marl soils that produce concentrated, structured wines of great aging potential. The 2017 vintage was a return to classicism in Burgundy, delivering whites of freshness, tension, and transparency after two warmer years.
